Robbinsdale Area Schools Hotspots

Hotspots are used to obtain internet access. The District has hotspots available for families without internet access. A list of community resources for low cost and free internet access can be found below.

Fill out this form to request a hotspot. You only need to fill out the form once with your oldest student's school, grade, and name. Someone from your student's school will contact you.

These devices are intended for families who do not have internet access and cannot afford internet access. Only one per household and it will be checked out to the oldest student in the family.

WiFi Hotspot on your Smartphone

Depending on your carrier and plan, you may be able to setup a wifi hotspot from your mobile device. Below are the instructions to set up wifi using Android or Apple products.

This method uses your personal smartphone and existing data connection, if you have one. Some phone companies have raised or eliminated data limits. Please verify with your carrier if unsure before using a mobile device to set a wifi hotspot.
