Truartspeaks believes in Hip Hop as an educational and social justice tool. Finding its roots in the heart of oppressed communities, Hip Hop, a universal culture is comprised of traditions, art, artifacts, and practices that will define the resistance of global generations for years to come.

As the largest not-for-profit exclusively for young people and social change, DoSomething’s millions of members represent every US area code and 131 countries.

From raising families to leading armies, women such as Catherine the Great, Eleanor of Aquitaine, Queen Elizabeth I, Susan B. Anthony, Marie Curie and countless others have played a vital role in human civilization.

Women have made major contributions to the sciences for centuries. Yet surveys repeatedly show that most people can only name a few—often just one or two—female scientists. But if you look around, you'll see evidence of their work everywhere, from the clothing we wear to the X-rays used in hospitals.

Women's contributions and accomplishments have largely been overlooked and consequently omitted from mainstream culture. The National Women's History Museum helps fill that void. To this end, the Museum serves to place women's history within current historical narratives because inclusive history is good history.
